this commit implements the setting of the gb layout on alyxs machines that have british keyboards whilst leaving mayas devices on us / alyx's that have us keyboards. it also implements the way to set display configurations per user, allowing alyx to have her display configuration and maya to have her own without conflict! as well as this, waybar configurations for each user are properly put in, terminal and terminal.css being alyx's and modern and modern.css being mayas. these are placeholder names, as i am not exactly sure what to name them

this commit adds all defined hosts to flake.nix, todo currently stands at: migrating some submodules for the base configs from the 2 repos, e.g firewall and udev, and setting up home manager to use e.g proper waybar configs per user. very close to usable now!

this configuration currently will build 2 hosts, apollo and absolution, however these are not completed yet, they will build using alyx configs for niri, etc and alyx git settings. this will be fixed in due course. todo: add all hosts to flake.nix, add in waybar configuration for maya, change keyboard layout based on username for gb on alyx and us on maya, configuration comb through, add in files like firewall.nix and monado.nix, and generally complete home manager configuration
